Alexander Gardner. Stoker HMS Venerable died in Bighi Hospital on Friday morning after a short illness. Deceased was a general favourite on board his ship and also amongst a large circle of friends. The funeral will take place at Bighi Cemetery this afternoon, Saturday 09 May 1903.
