- Lance Corporal 24635587 Alan Thomas JOHNSTON, 3rd County Down Battalion. He was off duty when he was shot and killed by the PIRA unit South Down Command at his place of work on the Greencastle Road, Kilkeel on the 15th February 1988 aged 23. At rest in Kilkeel Churchyard, County Down.
