Born 1903 in New Zealand to Jeremiah and Elizabeth Margaret Buckley, of 5 Kokaka Street, Taihape, Wellington, New Zealand.
Formerly nursed at the Public Hospital, Taihape, Wellington.
Died on active service in Italy 24 April 1944 aged 41 from a perforated peptic ulcer with peritonitis.
She was laid to rest on the24 April 1944 in Bari War Cemetery, Italy.
