Not BMP-1 in fact, but BRM-1. Pay attention to turret visible details.
Although there is Malyutka ATGM rail over main gun, there are boxy optics covers and two hatches on the turret roof (turret diameter pretty wider, close or similar to BMP-2 one) and individual rounded hatches behind the turret. Crew reduced to 6 men (CDR, Gunner/Operator in the turret, Driver, Navigator/Operator behind the driver and two Scouts/Operators in the hull behind the turret). Main Gun loaded manually, less ammo for main gun stowed in the turret between seats of CDR and GNR, laser rangefinder and ground surveillance radar in the turret, power supply generator to "feed" radios, TNA-2 or 3 navigation unit, water cleaning unit, mine detectors, Tucha smoke dischargers etc...
