The Memorial originally stood on the Floriana Granaries, Malta and
now stands in Pieta Military Cemetery, Malta.

Sergeant Major, George YORK, 15th May 1869.

Burial locations for the following have not been located.
It is a very strong possibility that the cemeteries have been built over.

Sergeant James McLAGHLAN. Died 30 March 1869 aged 42 years from haematemesis.

Lance Corporal Andrew HARWOOD. buried 5th September 1869.He was on guard near the Windmills and last seen at 2 a.m, but his body was found two hours later in the ditch below St. Michael’s Bastion. Inquest verdict was Accidental death.

William MILLIKEN. Died 5th March 1869 aged 29 years from delirium tremens.
Robert SADLER. Died 15 April 1869 aged 32 years from simple continued fever.
Michael HASKETT. Died 8 June 1869 aged 41 years from an aortic aneurysm.
Henry HARRIS. Died 25 June 1869 aged 28 years died at St Michael's Guard Hospital from an aneurysm of the left bronchial artery.
William BUNTING. Died 4 October 1869 aged 42 years from apoplexy.

1870
Sergeant Samuel George McKENZIE. Died 30 January 1870 aged 43 years from pneumonia.

Lance Corporal Charles BROWN. Died 19 July 1870 aged 30 years from an abscess of the liver.

Robert THOMAS. Died 18 July 1870 aged 41 years from an abscess of the liver.
John HEMPSON. Died 7 August 1870 aged 27 years from Common Continued Fever.
Henry RICHARDS. Died 15 September 1870 aged 23 years from jaundice.
James DOYLE. Died 22 September 1870 aged 31 years, died at Citta Vecchia Sanatorium from hypertrophy of the heart.
