2.07.10 Margaret ABBOTT, nee McCombie. Wife of Staff-Sergeant 1030 John Hawkeshaw Abbott, Royal Army Service Corps. Born 1841 Scotland, married on the 16 April 1863 at Leith, Midlothian, Scotland. In 1871 residing with her husband and daughter, Christiana aged 5 years at Anglesea Road, Woolwich Arsenal, Woolwich, Kent. Died 24th July 1872 aged 31 years.

Born 11 March 1839 in Leeds, Yorkshire. 1881 residing with his children at Railway Street, Hambleton, Yorkshire, occupation Chelsea pensioner. 14 May 1888 died at Paola, Malta. Burial location, not known but it may be in Addolorata Cemetery, which is the nearest to where he died.
