Zofo, All these guys are active members of the 1st Cavalry Division. They each are assigned their mounts and are directly responsible for their well-being and care. Any member who slacks gets booted off the team. I am proud to say none ever has to my knowledge. The team takes a lot of pride in themselves and their organization just as much if not more than our Old Guard in Washington.
