Son of Harriet and Quartermaster Sergeant William James Lilley, Royal Engineers residing at Sliema, Malta. 1891 he was residing with his parents and siblings at 15 Norman Road, Portsea, Hampshire. His father’s rank was Company Sergeant Major, Royal Engineers. Died 26 February 1894 aged 6 years and 9 months.

Wife of Quartermaster Sergeant William James Lilley, Royal Engineers died 30 March 1898 aged 38 years. Burial location taken from a Family Tree on Ancestry which states that she is laid to rest with her son in Malta.
