Enlisted 3rd November 1914 died 19th July 1915 aged 18 at Plymouth Hospital from haemorrhage from a leg wound and shock. Born 27th March 1897 at Burslem, Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire. His home address was 8 Wood Street, Burslem. At rest in Burslem Cemetery, Burslem, Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire.
