I would bet it is Bren.This can be seen from the butt of the weapon,the side view, аnd barrel.+Grenada its a british territory and ZB had not mаny ways to get there

Cubans bought in a shed load of communist weapons, originally from the Soviet Union and Czechoslovakia so its possible to be brought in that way, also by the time this took place the British had long finished with the .303 cartridge.
