According to Rheinmetall's CEO Armin Pappberger, Germany will sign a €75 billion contract for armoured vehicles in December. The so-called Arminius project will expand the German Army around the Boxer vehicle in a number of variants, including newly introduced ones like self-propelled guns and engineering vehicles. If all options were taken, the ten-year three-batch order would comprise about 5,500 Boxers.
