Teddy Roosevelt military picture

Hi everybody, first let me introduce myself. My name's Michael Griggs and I just came across this site while searching for help on old military photos. This photo is one that my grandmother has, it was her relative Harry Batham's photo. He's at the top right, second row, 5 to the left. The problem we're having is that we don't know anything about his service or if he served with the Rough Riders or is this from before then? Was hoping that some here might have more information on when this photo was taken. Is it a reunion photo? Roosevelt looks fairly young in the picture to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks John. Looking forward to viewing more posts on this site. Might even put up something about my grandfather, a 21 year USAF veteran. Maybe someone will come along that remembers him and can share some more info. Great site you have here! Take care.
