The Russian holding company Shvabe has shown a prototype of a robotic platform designed for laser demining of terrain. The remotely controlled robot sapper is equipped with a fiber laser, a thermal imager and a high-resolution camera. With the help of a laser, the robot neutralizes ammunition, mines and improvised explosive devices. The laser beam burns through the shell and melts the explosive substance from mines and ammunition, without detonating them. This is a pre-production model. The robot can be controlled via radio or fiber optic cable, it develops a speed of 25 km / h

The Tula plant "Octava" presented the first sample of the bulletproof vest "Obereg-SN", which can be worn unnoticed under clothing. The area of the protective panels in the bulletproof vest is larger than that of foreign analogues and at the same time it does not restrict movement. The Russian bulletproof vest "Obereg-SN" effectively stops bullets from 9x18 mm and 9x19 Parabellum cartridges. It stops stabs from cold arms, fragments from grenades and anti-personnel mines. At the same time, the weight of the bulletproof vest is quite small - from 1.7 kg. The development is aimed at the civilian market

High-quality personnel training Russian units using motor vehicles. It is worth noting that the Ukrainian army has also begun to create and train the same units. Soldiers use motorcycles to increase the mobility of groups, maneuverability and surprise when performing military tasks. Practice has shown that the actions of such groups are most effective in the presence of a threat from drones. For such units, most Russian training grounds have built motor tracks, where soldiers, under the guidance of instructors, practice all sorts of elements that will be needed in combat. Soldiers practice tasks in several stages: maneuvering, dispersal and evasion of UAVs. At the same time, fighters learn to ride taking into account the terrain.

The Russian Airborne Forces have received new serial RPL-20 5.45-mm belt-fed machine guns. The machine gun was developed by the Kalashnikov Concern and modified based on recommendations from the assault units of the Russian Airborne Forces. Russian assault groups of Novorossiysk and Stavropol paratroopers are already using machine guns in battles in Ukraine. The machine gun has a non-detachable belt, with the ability to load the weapon by pulling the belt without opening the receiver cover. The military is already using this model of electronic warfare system. The Dikobras M8 electronic warfare system suppresses drone signals at multiple frequencies, from 400 MHz to 6000 MHz. Confident suppression of drone control frequencies occurs at a distance of up to 200 meters, and video signal frequencies from 500 meters. The electronic warfare system has a radiation power of up to 50 watts, and can operate continuously for up to 60 minutes. The cost of the Dikobras M8 electronic warfare system is 750,000 rubles or 9,500 dollars.

More footage of the Russian Yenisei armored train, which was previously shown and reported. Yenisei-type armored trains accompany some Russian trains, monitor the condition of the railway infrastructure and its repair. The armored train crew conducted scheduled exercises to repel ground and air threats. The crew trains to use the entire arsenal of the armored train - from anti-aircraft mounts and Utes machine guns to the 30-mm automatic cannon of the BMP-2. Powerful fire support is provided by 80-mm mortars and AGS-17. Reconnaissance UAVs are also used, launched while the armored train is moving. It is planned to equip the armored train with the Pantsir SAM and the Tor-M2 SAM.

Footage of a Russian homemade assault armored personnel carrier converted from a tank. The tank model could not be determined due to total protection from all sides. The tank's track is reportedly damaged. The tank is equipped with protection against Tsar-Mangal drones, one might say in the most extreme version. Several used drones are visible on the roof. The tank is equipped with a mine trawl and is surrounded by iron cables and rods along the entire perimeter. The roof is protected by unbraided steel cables with loose wire. There are also rubber-fabric screens.

Work on the repair and modernization of the Russian heavy aircraft carrier Admiral Kuznetsov of Project 1143 has been suspended. Representatives of shipbuilders and the Navy are assessing the feasibility of continuing the repair and returning the ship to the fleet. Let me remind you that the repair of the aircraft carrier Admiral Kuznetsov has been ongoing since 2017, the ship is already 40 years old. It is worth noting that the South Korean military has abandoned plans to build a classic aircraft carrier; it is planned to make a carrier of unmanned combat aircraft. Presumably, the decision to decommission the ship from the fleet may be made due to the obsolescence of the design, the high financial costs of continuing the work, as well as the realities of modern combat operations. Experts believe that aircraft carriers are a relic of the past and they will go away, just as battleships once went away. The future belongs to compact ships, carriers of UAVs. This was confirmed by the former commander of the Pacific Fleet Sergei Avakyants.
