From Kursk to Sumy, there, reportedly, was an attempt by a Russian Su 57/30/35 to shoot down a Ukrainian jet.
But nothing much else.
Another interception attempt took place over Dniepropetrovsk. Reportedly a Su35 engaging a Ukrainian aircraft.

"Ukraine didn’t simply throw drones at Moscow and hope some survived. The emerging picture is much more deliberate: decoys first, indirect routes, attacks from multiple directions, flight paths designed to avoid mobile defense teams, and concentrated waves against defended sectors until two routes finally broke through.Russia claims it destroyed 822 drones across the wider attack, while other reporting cited in the video suggests roughly 500 were launched in the main operation and at least 600 may have been directed toward Moscow. Whatever the final numbers prove to be, the more important story is how the attack was structured. Decoys appear to have drawn Russian defenses first. The main strike drones then approached Moscow indirectly, exploiting regional boundaries and attacking from several directions. Two breakthrough routes succeeded, and the Wildberries warehouse complex was hit despite the enormous concentration of Russian air defenses around the capital. The rest of today’s update looks at the expanding Ukrainian deep-strike campaign, British-made drones now reportedly being used inside Russia, another NATO interception over Romania, North Korean labor supporting Russia’s economy, Russian propaganda narratives, and what Anne Applebaum and Sarah Paine say about the deeper political system Putin has built."

Footage showing the use of a Russian FPV drone equipped with a thermite warhead to attack Ukrainian drones lying in ambush. To conserve battery power, the Ukrainian drones are positioned on the ground in standby mode. Note the massive number of FPV drones on the road; under such conditions, no combat vehicle could possibly get through.
Odesa residents released footage showing the moment a Russian "Geran-4" jet-powered kamikaze drone struck the Ukrainian "Epicentr" shopping center. The video was filmed from various angles on August 16.

"Two top-10 records were set today as Russian equipment losses surged again. Russia lost 597 vehicles and fuel tanks, while 16 unmanned ground vehicles were also taken off the battlefield—putting both categories among the highest daily totals recorded. Footage showing Russian Iskander-M ballistic missile strikes on the ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih metallurgical plant in Ukraine—formerly known as the Kryvorizhstal complex. The video was filmed by local residents in Kryvyi Rih on August 16. The attack damaged key industrial facilities and halted production.

Wether or not it actually happened, the video is fake.
Hull numbers of the BSF have been removed since 2022, furthermore both the Essen and Makarov have their bow and stern painted black.

Russia warns UK will pay for supplying drones to Ukraine
An MoD spokesperson responds by saying Britain stands "shoulder to shoulder" with Ukraine.
