The location of the filming has not been disclosed. It is worth noting that both the Ukrainian and Russian armies are increasingly using ground-based and aerial drones for logistics. "Overnight, roughly 370 Ukrainian drones were reported heading into Russia and occupied territory, compared with 112 Russian UAVs launched against Ukraine — a difference of about 3.3 to 1. It was the second consecutive day in which Ukraine’s reported outbound drone activity dramatically exceeded Russia’s.
Among the targets was Russia’s Ust-Luga Baltic port complex, hit for what was reported as the sixth time since March. Ust-Luga handles nearly half of Baltic basin cargo traffic, making repeated attacks there strategically significant. Ukraine also struck another Wildberries logistics site, part of a campaign that has hit more than 20 of the retailer’s logistics locations since July 18.
Meanwhile, Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces reported hitting another 29 Russian energy targets in occupied southern Ukraine under “Operation Crimea Switchoff,” bringing the reported total to 240 energy hubs targeted since July 1.The battlefield picture is also more complicated than Russia’s incremental advances suggest. That's quite the amount of work to stick all of these little squares for something that will have a life-span measured in minutes.
There are "bukhanka festivals" taking place now and then.

If the operator has a visual on the truck, no matter the camo on it he will be fixated on the shape.
I suppose it can mess with recon, to some extent. However good luck keeping a low profile with a huge disco-ball, even if the truck isn't moving these mirrors sure are going to reflect light.

Footage shows strikes by the Russian "Knyaz Vandal Novgorodsky" FPV drone on the deployment sites of Ukrainian drone operators. The video, filmed near Alekseevo-Druzhkovka, shows Ukrainian operators using Chinese-made DJI Mavic drones.
