The first "Kuna" Unmanned Ground Weapon Systems (UGS) have been delivered to the 19th "Lubelska" Mechanized Brigade.

Now, according to the Ministry of Defense, soldiers are beginning their use and testing, which will last until October 31st of this year. The goal is to develop new tactics, techniques, and procedures for the combat use of UGS.
 
On September 25, 2025, at the Rosomak company plant in Siemianowice Śląskie, part of the Polish Armaments Group (PGZ), Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz participated in the signing of a framework agreement for the delivery of 1,266 Legwan light tactical vehicles for the Polish Army.

The agreement concluded between the Armaments Agency, representing the State Treasury of the Republic of Poland, and a consortium of companies composed of Rosomak (leader) and the Polish Armaments Group (PGZ) covers the delivery of a total of 1,266 off-road vehicles of various versions built on the KIA KLTV 4×4 chassis by 2035.
 
On October 28, 2025, a technology transfer agreement was signed at the headquarters of the Polish Armaments Group (PGZ) regarding the production of K2PL tanks at the Bumar-Łabędy plant in Poland. The first units of this model will leave the Polish factory in 2029. The K2PL is a modernized version of the Korean tank, adapted to the needs of the Polish Army and based on the experience with the K2GF.

Work on the new infantry fighting vehicle (referred to as a heavy IFV, in distinction from the amphibious IFV) is currently focused on the chassis; the design has completed ballistic testing, said Adam Leszkiewicz, president of the Polish Armaments Group, presenting progress to the parliamentary development team of HSW and Dezamet.

This new IFV, being developed in Poland, is intended to complement the amphibious "Borsuk" IFVs currently being introduced into the Army's inventory.

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defense Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz announced that two more AH-64D helicopters are already with the 1st Land Forces Aviation Brigade in Inowrocław. Two more will arrive at the turn of the year (by then, there will be eight leased AH-64D, which will allow for accelerated training of crews and technicians while they wait for the purchased AH-64E).

The bow megablock of the future ORP Wicher has arrived at the PGZ Naval Shipyard in Gdynia. Construction of the first of three multi-role frigates for the Polish Navy is underway under the "Miecznik" program. This is the first time such a large and complex combat ship has been built in Poland in many years. Launching is planned for the summer of 2026.
