Modern, younger, generations are pissed at the fact they were born too late to have actual reasons to fight against "oppressive regimes".
One can understand why so many, back in the days, were supportive of the PIRA back when it was still relevant.
But this is not the case anymore, and these younger generations feel robbed of their revolutionary times.

An antisemitic violent attack has been carried out against the Swedish Member of the European Parliament Alice Teodorescu Måwe.
A staffer with Middle Eastern roots of the Swedish Left Party (their name was ”Left Party - The Communists” until 1990”) assaulted Alice in a hallway in the European Parliament.
Alice is one of the main Israeli allies in Sweden and said earlier this week that recognizing the right to a Jewish homeland in Israel should be a prerequisite for foreigners wanting to obtain Swedish citizenship.
Security guards rushed to the scene to stop the attack and the European Parliament says CCTV footage supports Alice’s claim that she was attacked.

According to 'Bild', the perpetrator has a lengthy medical history as a paranoid schizophrenic and is believed to have acted in a "medical episode". She'd just been released from psychiatry. Germany's laws have struck again, its next to impossible to involuntarily hospitalise people in this country.

Because actual mental patients, until they go on some such rampage CAN’T be force hospitalized, here at least. Unless they’re a direct threat to themselves or others.
