My father was a Marine in Iwo Jima in WW2, I saw someone had a group photo. How would I find out if he was in any group photo? Thanks!

Do you have any reference photos or service information about your dad I.e service number, unit details, dates of service

If you do I would start by searching the web with those details, I would pay particular attention to marine themed websites and social media groups
