I have a black and white line drawing of the WW-2 "Unofficial" emblem for this squadron and am seeking anyone who can please tell me the colors to this emblem, I can't post an nimage but will describe it here,
round background disc w/large human skull that has cracks on the top of it that are lightning bolt shaped as are the pupils for the eyes,behind the skull facing forward a 50 caliber machine gun w'ammo belt trailing off to side/rear and it's firing two rounds that go off egde of disc, from right towards lower left and behind skull/machine gun a large lightning bolt crosses the disc.
I would GREATLY appreciate any help on this ones "proper" colors/details, I know it was used either as a unit emblem on the aircraft and-or-possibly as an actual patch, if you can help please e mail me, I have tried the 3rd ACG sites with no luck and hope someone out there in cyberspace can, thank you and I look forward to hearing from you !!!!!!strafe;usa;
