This did massive damage to hasbara which is already weak enough, it was a gift for the pallybots and she put the hostages in danger. Crucially it's prejudiced the upcoming trial and the defendants lawyers are calling for them all to be cleared because they can't get a fair hearing. The Nukhba detainee who was the alleged "victim" was also released into Gaza during the hostage/prisoner swap, so not sure how that will work with any kind of witness testimony.

One of the key claims in the UN Commission Of Enquiry "Genocide" report is that Israel deliberately destroyed embryos and sperm in storage tanks inside an IVF clinic with a tank shell (yes a "concentration camp" with an IVF clinic, you read correctly).
