Colin, you’re a good contributor to the forums except I’d advise to do what he said. Even a one liner only would explain what’s in the vid.

I suspect many people just plain ignore your videos because of it.

Only the Trumpists will like this stalemate, as they equate compromise with treachery. And the radical Democrats will love it, believing it'll help their upcoming campaigns. Everybody else should be pretty pissed, I'd imagine. Most people think politicians don't get stuff done anyhow, so why would they approve of the entire chamber being paralysed?

McConnell voted for the new half billion FBI building, part of the 1.7 trillion anti inflation spend. Then takes plenty of press pics with Biden celebrating.
Perhaps those radical Reps smell the same kind of swamp in McCarthy. They prabably know him quite well.
