A serious violent crime has shaken North Rhine-Westphalia: Following the alleged gang rape of a 17-year-old girl in Heinsberg, the Aachen public prosecutor's office is investigating five men of Syrian origin. The suspects, aged between 17 and 26, are accused of sexually assaulting the girl in an apartment and threatening her with a Taser. Police also seized weapons during the arrests. Four suspects were apprehended in the apartment, and a fifth later turned himself in. The victim's ex-boyfriend is also being investigated for aiding and abetting. All of the accused are currently in pre-trial detention.

Seriously, despite the fuckups, it’s good to know that people will pull the trigger,in the belief they are protecting others, in todays world.

In my time, we weren’t going to be recorded, or dna tested, etc.

But I can still remember, in training, screaming at my section, can you see the enemy? Yes. Well f***ing well shoot them(blanks)….

Unlike the German police officer sentenced to five months in prison today for obstruction of justice. That prick had a chance to lock up the Afghan scum who, only a few months later, would stab a child and a good samaritan to death (the incident back in January), but didn't take it. The Afghan had previously attacked another refugee with a knife, and this cop didn't take any action over it. (He blamed a language barrier, by the way.)

Three lawyers hired by the bereaved and acting on their instructions argued that the defendant was insane and ought to be locked up in a forensic hospital. The defence, the prosecution and the accessory prosecution all agreed, based on the evidence provided in the trial, and a bench of three professional and two lay judges followed their pleas and sentenced the defendant accordingly.

It seems that this guy really was off his rocker, though. Like I said back in January, I actually saw him. Being weird and all. Frankly, at the time I thought he was probably having Tourette's, or something like that.

The scandal isn't that he was sentenced to forensic detention.

The scandal is that he had not been deported despite a standing order against him. And that he wasn't detained and either jailed or at least sent to the psych ward for that earlier attack in 2024.

Due to taboos created by "T4" (the Nazi murders of tens of thousands of psychiatric patients) and Germany's overly strict privacy protection laws, it's almost impossible in this country to contain the threat represented by a psychotic individual. That's the scandal here, folks.
