Exactly. New fire computer, modernised gun, better ergonomics, more robust electronics. In emergencies, the gun could always be crewed by three troops instead of five, but the three-man-crew is now standard.

First Arrow 3 long-range exo-atmospheric ABM system being accepted into service with the German Luftwaffe. These systems will complement their Patriot PAC-2/3 systems that are also currently in service. Germany is also in talks about acquiring the Arrow 4 ABM system in the near future.
