If this Runway is meant to be an Airport . With no visable buildings etc . And it's situated within the Boundary of Military Installations .

How is it legally possible for charter company to operate flights for the General public in a classified Military area ?? The most expensive i saw listed was 28,000 and change ...

RAF Northolt is a military base. Private charters fly in and out of that all day long.
