The only beneficiary of the Annan Plan would have been Turkey, with the added disclaimer that the Cyprus would have to provide the cash for it. No wonder it was rejected. I don't think NATO gives a $h!t about that plan, nor even remembers it.

Cyprus must be like Belgium. 2 regional government and one in middle in Nicosia. Turks ask for this for decades. Accept it or we will keep defending Turkish side long story short.

Not at all. Turkish side has thousands of hotels with casinos to wash money. Kyrenia and Fagamusta host's same kinda oligarchy. Do you think Northern side only makes money by olive oil ?
