During Exercise GLOBAL RESOLVE, near the Arctic Circle, members of 3rd Battalion, Royal Canadian Regiment (3 RCR), 2nd Canadian Mechanized Brigade Group demonstrated true preparedness: rapid deployment, conducting operations in one of the world’s most challenging environments, and integrating into a larger, multi-domain force alongside partners. This proved their ability to act quickly, adapt, and be effective when it matters most.
Through deliberate coordination and training, the Canadian Army is strengthening its force projection capabilities, whether for low-intensity missions, Arctic operations, or integration with allies in large-scale operations.
