Why not Bellator rather than the UFC? Surely Trump won't just repay a top donor (Dana White) with a prime business opportunity? Could it really be that simple?
Oh, I get it now. When he was chanting "drain the swamp", Trump meant "so my pals and I can divide that new land amongst ourselves" …
And to think that a president who monetises his office like no other in the history of his country used to go apeshit because a retired Obama earned like 50k a night giving preposterous speeches to trust fund children …
I think for a long time instead of Putin they should be making India the ally. Maybe they can't get them involved making their hi tech arms as they would under cut the jealous US and even EU . But Ukraine needs the shells most of all

Lots of necessary stuff in the BBB. If I have a criticism is that it doesn't cut enough spending. The deficit has to be addressed and quickly.

What's next? Only men and women can vote? Only people over the legal age limit? Great great great great great grandpa Jeremiah of the 6th Georgia Infantry Regiment CSA can no longer vote?!?

The tariffs and deals are in favor of the US. Vietnam being the blue print and gave no way round for China to try and tranship though a lower tariff neighbour.
It's working out despite the economists.
Onshoring is happening at a vaste pace. Several recent investments in factories the size of 1% or more of GDP, unheard of but this is an actual trend.
One thing about having old polititians like Trump...they can remember how good it used to be.
Even Bernie and his acolytes whom caused the decline with their anti business socialism. They thought it was a never ending gift for coersive strikes and regulation that strangled the US.
Republicans also played along with their free trade handout manufacturing to China.
BBB reverses everything. I don't think its really appreciated that this is a landmark bill and needs something like its own monument in Washington.
