Last week the Constitution was amended for the 15th time.
...they wrote in it:
- Lmbtq endangers children, therefore Pride is banned.
- Drug use is unconstitutional

Same week:
- Ukrainians blamed for outbreak of foot and mouth disease in cows
. want to ban the biggest opposition party
. have betrayed Hungarians moving abroad.
. it has emerged that the head of the national bank has stashed away more than a billion!!!! forints for his family.... (yes 500 billion forints)
Now get ready for this. in the US too

Just curious, if you don't like your countries leadership, do you do anything about it? Or are you only fixated on who Americans choose?

Sick.. stuff. These people are sick.

Since u not only asked H2.0 about that "fixation" on america but others in the past here. What is your problem with others showing interest or even concern in other countries? After all u (and a few others) also share many links about Europe which can be called biased at best. I noticed it's not rare then that you admit a lack of knowledge about things metioned in those articles which is not a bad thing by itself but sometimes also do not care for explanations by Euro-Users if they do not fit what seems to be your liking.

Don't get me wrong, i don't want to be super rude, i am just curious why this shouldn't be two-way!?

Trump is clearly trying to establish the U.S. as a fascist state, as he breaks vital government services, threatens American allies with invasion, and ships people convicted of no crime to a torture prison in El Salvador without due process. Trump has clearly ignored a Supreme Court order to return one man in particular from the CECOT prison, Kilmar Abrego Garcia, but the regime refuses to comply.

Epic stuff 😅 or maybe a Russian oligarchy state.

Fair question.

Since I don't have H2O on ignore, I am bombarded by his daily and vehemently anti-Trump posts. It's been going on for years and years. I sometimes find them amusing, because it's obvious he doesn't understand what he's posting and just copies and pastes things he/she interprets as negatives, even if they are positives. Again, fine with me. Like I said, I'm one of the folks who hasn't put him on ignore.

But for the first time, I see a different message, one that he is unhappy with his own leadership, not just mine. They certainly can't do anything about my leadership - but in theory he/she could funnel energy to make a change in their own they'd be happy with. I don't think there is anything wrong with being curious about that. Why would you think that's problem, since most of us here interact every day?

As far as Europe goes, I try to keep up, but may not be as well versed on specific players as I am about the US. If I don't know, I'll ask, and I usually get thoughtful answers. I care about what happens in America obviously, but I also care about what happens in Europe. That's because up until I was born, anyone related to me has been European since the beginning of time. My wife is also a first generation American with European roots. As it happens, both of our fathers' took the same ship here, at different times and from different countries. Most of my relatives still live there. And I'm not talking distant relatives, I'm talking first cousins, aunts, uncles, in the hundreds if I include second cousins, etc. They are people who I speak to and see and who are important to me.

Bottom line is, I don't want to see Europe, it's culture and history erased. But sadly, I see Europe is headed in that direction at warp speed, unless there is an immediate a course correction. When I see Free Speech stifled and people getting arrested for praying, FB posts and words the "elites" don't agree with, it makes me feel there is no reversing course.

So, to answer your question, it is definitely two-way.

Within the limits of the law.
- Voting
- assistance to social movements
- writing articles
- fundraising for Ukraine
and so on.
but I am not a member of a political movement.
Viktor Orbán was a soldier here in Zalaegerszeg, back in 1990! I heard his programme speech, and even then my thought was that this man should not be allowed to come to power.

He literally wanted to be the President of the United States, and he had a fit of rage when he found out that this was not possible because he was not born there. Incidentally, he started his political career as secretary of the Hungarian Communist Youth Organisation at the age of 14. His father was a party secretary and propagandist. Oh, and he studied with Soros money...

Okay, just checking. Honestly, I and probably others would be more interested in hearing about that and what you'd think you want to do about that, rather than unending Trump posts. We all already figured out where you stand on that about 6,000 posts ago.

About the Trumpianpolitics:
An old Szekler with a big axe in his hand is carving a huge log in the yard. There goes his son.
- What is it, father?
- A beam, my son!
The next day the boy goes there again. He sees that the old man is still working hard.
- What will it be, father?
- A cart pole, my son!
The third day he goes there again.
- What will it be, father?
- A hoe handle, my son!
On the fourth day, the boy's going that way again. The old man is still hard at work.
- What will it be, father?
- Toothpick, if I don't F*** it up!
