Currently, X is reserved for people with an account due to the attacks. The IP addresses for the hackers are "around Ukraine". It's been suggested that this is a Russian attack with the aim of blaming Ukraine. The day before the meeting in SA.

A current bill to cut costs is finding difficulty to get back to pre Biden covid spending due to midterms. They get 2 years to do necessary hard things and even the republicans patriotism is tested..
For them that don't know the Doge code to do the cuts was a US military one created 20 years ago and clealry never used looking at the rewritting it is getting from the best minds of today. This is an opportunity to scrutinize and improve govts efficiency. To control politicians and bureaucrats with their natural desires to create personal empires of waste that were winning them another term.

I don't know, there must be some calculus going on. But Canada has had a good thing going with crazy high tariffs for a long time. Time to get real. I think anyone here could have advised the Ontario guy not to threaten Trump with even higher tariffs.
The sooner this tariff situation is resolved, the better. Canada simply can't win this.
