Whenever I visit Bucharest, I always make a point of visiting this mans grave in Bellu cemetery

with a candle and flowers.

March 2023 visit to Bellu Cemetery flowers and candles for Edward and I also left similar at the French WW1 monument.

The 2024 visit to Bellu Cemetery, slightly caught out by the fact they are renovating the entire area outside the cemetery so all the flower seller kiosks have been removed due to resurfacing footpaths and to get flower's would have meant having to go back into the city via metro and travel back again, the weather was dismal having had 24 hours of rain the day before and a wet and wintry start to the morning.
