William Thomas LACEY .Private 17226, Royal Marine Light Infantry, Chatham Division on HMS Hussar. Born 10th September 1894 at Desborough, Kettering, Northamptonshire to Arthur John and Elizabeth Jane nee Tucker. Enlisted 23rd October 1911 died 6th August 1914 aged 19 years 11 months . Son of Arthur Lacey of 49 Upperton Road, Leicestershire. At rest in Plot B Grave 232, Capuccini Naval Cemetery, Malta. N.B. CWGC have his surname as LACY
