- William Lewen GLYN. Lieutenant, 1st Dorsetshire Regiment. Born 14 December 1867 to Reverend, Sir George Lewen Glyn, Bart of Ewell Surrey and Henrietta Amelia Glyn, his cousin. Educated at Cheam School and Winchester and the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. 1871 he was residing with his parents and siblings at Ewell Rectory, Surrey.
Died in Malta 13 August 1888 aged 20 years of meningitis. (Memorial) Erected by his brother officers.
