Born 1889 to John Zacharia and Harriette Annie Edmunds, nee Thomas of Hilgay, Brockweir Gloucestershire
1901 with his parents and siblings at Prince of Wales Hotel, High Street, Abertillery, Monmouthshire. 1911 residing with his aunt and uncle Matilda and Mam Thomas at Bryn Darwen Alltwen Pontardawe, Glamorgan, occupation, medical student.
Died Septicaemia in Western Infirmary, Glasgow 4 October 1916, 27 years

Commemorated on his parents’ memorial in St Marys the Virgin Churchyard St Briavels, Gloucestershire.

At rest in Kingswood Chapleyard, Worcestershire.
