Born 16 October 1893 at Strandtown, Belfast, Ireland to John and Jane Townley McHutchison, nee Brown.
Killed in action in France between 27th and 29th March 1918 aged 24 years old.
War gratuity granted 24 April 1920 to his father.
Commemorated on a family grave in Belfast City Cemetery, Northern Ireland.
