That's Waterloo main line and Waterloo east, still looks like that today. :)

The children are heading to the Main line station, For Evacuation?
And the Solders are heading to Waterloo east, ( Look Like R.A. By the cap badge)

Now you mention it mate yes it does look like waterloo and i think your right about them being RA, they maye be heading off to Anti Aircraft placements, The Blitz would have been in full swing by now eh (Y)
