Peter LAVERY

Peter LAVERY of Bangor County Down. Sergeant with the Royal South Down Militia. He was born at Magharlin in 1779, joined the Militia in 1797, discharged from the army aged 50 in 1829, and died 25th August 1845 aged 66. He was husband of Catherine and son-in-law to Eleanor McEvoy. He is at rest in He is at rest in Bangor Abbey St Comgall Churchyard, County Down, Northern Ireland.
