Flying Officer, Pilot, 136469, Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve was killed 30th October 1943 aged 23. while flying a Bristol Beaufighter from Filton, near Bristol to an unknown destitation where it flew into high ground on the Mull of Kintyre. Son of Walter and Dora, of Edlington, Yorkshire.
At rest in Wilnecote Cemetery, Tamworth, Staffordshire
His navigator, Sergeant Angelo Benito Solari also perished
