Extended Description: Private 44269, 2nd South Wales Borderers. Died 12th April 1917 aged 30 from wounds received in action 12 April 1917 aged 30. Son of Thomas & Sarah and was buried at British Cemetery, Duissan France.

Commemorated on his parents' memorial at Mansfield Cemetery, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire and is buried at British Cemetery, Duissan France
