Born 13 April 1910 at 04 Ballygraffin, County Down of Thomas James and Abigale Maxwell, nee Warnock of Kirkubbin, County Down, Northern Ireland.
Died 15 September 1941 age 31 years old.
He was laid to rest the 18th September at 1-30 p.m. in the family burying ground in Kircubbin Presbyterian Churchyard, Ards Peninsula, County Down, Northern Ireland.
