IJN Kinu was another light cruiser used as destroyer flotilla flagship. It also did much duty transporting supplies and troops. The floatplane catapult was initially mounted over the forward turrets as shown but was later moved to the rear. The plane was eliminated in favor of anti aircraft mounts toward the end.
