Sorry Geoff, but this is HMS Prince of Wales. Her camouflage scheme is easily recognizable. Maybe during Operation Halberd, Sept, 1941.

Agreed with @BCRenown, the camouflage pattern appears to confirm this is HMS Prince of Wales, tags/titles changed
