Truly frightening, the consequences of being caught. It takes incredible courage to risk your life on something that doesn't offer immediate or tangible results.

But this recreation has to be staged after the war. Someone OVERTLY took this picture, after all.

I reckon, for the real photorecce, she'd have had the lens further in the bag so that it wasn't so prominent. Perhaps even with something like dark stocking stretched over the lens to perhaps hide it further.

Recreated accurately, viewers might not even believe that she had a camera...

The activities of people like this during the war were incredibly brave, we dont know we are born these days.

...quite right,more than likely staged for the records of history,and who1s taking a pic of them taking a pic!! Nevertheless some nerves of steel for the sake of History!
