Frank James SMITH-NEILL. Lieutenant, 27th Coy South Division, Royal Artillery. Born 9 March 1870, baptised 9 March 1870 at Calcutta, India to Catherine Laura nee Rundell and Colonel George Fraser Eric NEILL. 1881 aged 11 years he was boarder at Lord Weymouth Grammar School, Church Street, Warminster, Wiltshire. Died in Malta 9th June 1892
