Son of Michael Henry and Flora Mary Hogan, of "Kincora," 33 St. Mary's Road, Llandudno. Born at Killaloe, Co. Clare.

At rest at Llandudno Great Orme's Head Cemetery, Caernarvonshire (adjoining St Trudno's Churchyard).
