Frank Harry not Henry TOVEY, Ship’s Corporal 1st Class 144590, HMS Implacable. Born 28th February 1873 at Alton, Southampton to William Richard and Caroline Matilda nee Betts of, (1881) Tower Street, Alton, Hampshire. enlisted 2nd March 1888, occupation prior to enlistment, office boy Died 20th August 1907 of cirrhosis of the liver and haematemisis. His mother was informed of his death 21st August 1907. This stone was erected by his Captain, Officers and Shipmates. At rest in Plot B Grave 147, Capuccini Naval Cemetery, Malta.
