McCOUBREY, Francis, Rifleman 5201, 7th Royal Irish Rifles, killed in action at Hulluch, France on the 30th July 1916 aged 30. He was the son of Francis and Annie of 56 Bridge Street, Downpatrick, and he was the husband of Agnes of Clough, County Down. He is commemorated on a family memorial at Down Cathedral New Cemetery, County Down, Northern Ireland. He is at rest in Bois-Carre Military Cemetery, Haisnes, France.
