His brother Guardsman 2621388 Arthur William TAPPING. 6 Grenadier Guards. Born 1910 at Buckinghamshire to Thomas William and Alice May Tapping, nee Smith of Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire. Husband of Frances Ivy Tapping nee Curtisof Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire. Killed in action 17 March 1943 aged 32 years in Tunisia.
