Son of the late William Pitt Miller and Emilie Mary Miller, of Merlewood, Grange-over-Sands, Lancs, husband of Mrs. C Bland (formerly Miller), of The Old Rectory, Debden, Saffron Walden, Essex.
At rest at Poelcapelle British Cemetery, Belgium.
Commemorated on a memorial cross in St Michael and All Angels Church, Beetham, Cumbria.
