Private 36970, James Robert DAY, 4th Essex Regiment, formerly M/283900, Army Service Corps, killed in action on the 3rd November 1917 in Palestine. He was the son of John and Ann Maria of Small Heath, Birmingham. He is commemorated on the Jerusalem Memorial.
