Major, Royal Air Force, 13th Training Depot Station, previously of Royal Naval Air Station, Hendon, when hie received his aviation certificate for the Bristol Bipalane on the 4th April 1915. Son of the late G C Brisley Esqr, of Griqualand East, Cape Colony, South Africa. Buried at Market Drayton Cemetery, Shropshirestol Biplane 4th April 1915 with the rank of Lieutenant. He was killed whilst flying near Market Drayton 30th July 1918 aged 32 and is buried at Market Drayton Cemetery, Shropshire
